We have been working with Langineers for years with our phone system. Now we are working with Langineers on our security camera system. I highly recommend them. Exceptional customer service ... and we were not even their customer yet!  Long story, but the short version is that we're moving our law offices and requested a disconnect of current telephone service but not until year end.  Our current provider TPx prematurely instructed its ISP to disconnect service, so we walked into our offices one morning with no phone service.  TPx was not well adapted at how to solve this problem. I called Lonnie at LANgineers and told him about this situation.  I exclaimed that TPx may not be able to restore the internet circuit anytime soon.  I asked Lonnie if this is the case, would it be possible to undertake an emergency port of our telephone numbers to LANgineers?!?!  Lonnie had a better idea!  He stated that LANgineers could setup a temporary number and then we could request TPx to forward our incoming calls to that temporary number.  In the meantime, Albert from LANgineers magically appeared at our doorsteps and set up our new phone equipment and, viola, we have phone service up and running!  This is just top-notch, exceptional customer service!! We're all setup and ready to make the move to LANgineers!   Albert of LANgineers has also been exceptional with all the hard work he has undertaken to get us up and running.  He is very knowledgeable, soft spoken, kind and an effective trainer.  When I called LANgineers offices, I actually spoke to a person and was not transferred and placed in a voicemail maze!  Imagine that! LANgineers went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf to solve an issue created by another provider.  We are looking forward to a very long relationship with LANgineers and to having  it serve as our hosted PBX provided!  Thank you Lonnie, Albert and Alicia! Recently had our new phone system installed and after having ATT for 17 years I was a little scared.  I am so happy I changed over to LANgineers they are the best.  I was able to be in So Cal answering my No Cal office phone and calling out as well. Langineers, Is a great phone company. We love how there support team is able to help at a moments notice. If one of our headsets break, they come right away to give us a new one. I would highly recommend them. Lonnie has competitive prices, for a feature filled phone system. I count them as part of our success team.
